Community Baptist Church is obligated to relieve human suffering, especially spiritual suffering. Here are some of the ways our church makes an impact within our local community and around the world.
Feed My Starving Children is an opportunity to feed the worlds' poor and hungry. We have partnered with this ministry which focuses on starvation, but also spreads the Gospel through food distribution.
Phil’s Friends provides faith-based practical, emotional, and spiritual support and hope through the distribution of their hand-assembled care packages to those affected by cancer, and consistent ongoing support through their Cards of Hope program and prayer.
Operation Christmas Child provides the gospel to children from more than 100 countries by giving them a shoebox filled with toys, clothes, personal care items, and small gifts. As shoebox gifts are distributed, local pastors or church leaders present the Gospel in a fun way designed for kids while family and friends listen in. Along with their shoebox gift, children also receive The Greatest Gift, a colorful presentation of the Gospel in their own language.
